ABOUT US:
We are a family and we love our Maltese. Our Maltese puppies and adults are everything Matese should be! Because Maltese eat so little we feed both our adults and our puppies a very premium natural food choice. The premium food we choose is more expensive, but best for your puppy in the long run it will avoid health issues from an improper diet. We believe that a puppies early development, environment, love and proper diet is crucial for proper adult dogs. We do not breed very tiny Maltese deliberately, but because our adult dogs are genetically small, we will have sometimes have very tiny puppies that will only weigh 4lbs or 5lbs as adults. Our adults we breed are all small, but a healthy size so that they can give strong healthy puppies and all deliver naturally. Our Maltese are not large Maltese, most of our puppies will be 4-7 lbs at maturity. Our tiny puppies that will only weigh 4-5lbs at maturity are healthy because their parents are a healthy size. Our mothers can easily care for her young properly, nurse them and have enough milk for her young and give birth naturally. Our puppies are strong enough to eat from their mothers by themselves, even the little ones.
Our pups only go home only when he are ready physically, mentally and emotionally to go home. These little ones need extra care so we exercise caution before releasing them so we want to make sure they are very stable before they can go home with you, so you will have the best dog possible in the long run. Sometimes it is hard to wait for your puppy, until the puppy is old enough to go home, but it is best for you and your puppy that he is not separated from his mother too young. It is best that your puppy will be a stable age before leaving to go to his new home with you.
We also supply you with a puppy kit and some training tips so you will have a basic guide to your new puppy. We also send each puppy home with a small toy and blanket from home, with their mother and litter mate's scents so that they can have an easier transition from our home to yours. We also start letting our little ones outside daily, as weather permits of course and as soon as they are old enough, they can go out with their mother, when she goes outside for short periods of time. We find they love short periods of playtime and the fresh air is really healthy for them. This early training will make a huge difference when you bring your puppy home. Puppies that were raised in an environment where they could not be let outdoors, are much harder to house train then those that had the opportunity. It is lots of extra work for us to raise a good puppy for you, but it is worth it because we want you to have the best puppy possible in the long run so you will have many enjoyable years with your Maltese. We are a small family and Maltese are our passion. We also know that you will refer us when you realize what a good choice you have made. Many are so pleased with their puppy that they come back later for a playmate for their first puppy that they adopted from us or they will refer friends or family to us. We get many commendations on raising such a beautiful puppy that is so smart and easy to train. Maltese are content, happy and playful. We take great pride in raising our pups and try to find them the most loving homes possible. We only breed healthy, beautiful adults with sweet temperaments so you will have healthy, beautiful puppies with sweet temperaments. We put love, dedication and tender care into every puppy we raise and you will see the benefits long after they come home with you. We are located in the GTA and very close to Toronto. If it is too difficult for you to come twice then it is possible to accept a deposit through on-line banking. However, is best that you do come in person to see your puppy, if it is at all possible so you know the puppy you are getting. If your puppy is to be part of the family, then it is best to bring the family to see the puppy before you decide to purchase it, as it is to be a family member and should be a family decision.
